Solutions

Built around how your parts actually get inspected

Most of our work is wind blades. The same platform engineering is now applied inside the package, where the defect is a delamination rather than a dry laminate.

Every solution starts from where the blade is. In the moulding hall, a MIS-100 gantry is embedded directly into the production flow, so a defect costs a station repair rather than a cut-out weeks later. Onshore, ISS-200 crawlers deploy in about 15 minutes per blade and standardise the scan protocol across mixed turbine models, so hundreds of turbines report into one comparable dataset per IEC 61400-5.

Offshore, the same crawler runs marine-rated at IP67 with remote operation, keeping rope teams off the tower and holding a 60 m blade under 2 hours per DNV-ST-0126. For composite programmes outside wind, the open-architecture platform runs ultrasonic, eddy current and thermography payloads against aerospace acceptance criteria per ASTM E2580 and ASTM E426, with reports keyed to the same part serial as the volumetric data.

For semiconductor and electronics customers, the SAM-500 applies high-frequency acoustic microscopy to the interfaces X-ray cannot resolve: die attach, solder layers, ceramic substrates and moulding compound. Void area is measured against MIL-STD-883 Method 2030 and automotive limits, and the result is stored per part rather than per batch.

Not sure which configuration fits?

Send us the part geometry, the defect types you care about and the acceptance threshold, and we will map it to a system layout.
